Oral presentations:
Oral presentations are 12′ long + 3′ questions, and as always we will ask you to stick to the time to allow the conference to run smoothly. Format is 16:9.
Keynote presentations:
Junior keynote speaker, are allocated a 30′ slot – 25′ presentation + 5′ questions. Overview keynotes speak for 35′, plus 10′ questions. As always we will ask you to stick to the time to allow the conference to run smoothly.
If you agree, talks will be recorded and we will put them on the website to allow people who missed the conference to still hear them. If you do not agree, of course, we won’t diffuse.
Poster:
Posters will be displayed in two batches (see attached program). Theme 1 and theme 2 can be installed on the Sunday evening (or Monday morning) and will be removed on Wednesday at the latest; Themes 3 and 4 can be put up on Wednesday evening (or Thursday morning) and will stay until Friday evening. Coffee breaks and evening refreshments will be served in the poster room.
Poster boards are in portrait format, 95 x 150 cm. We found a printer in nearby Verbania (La Tecnica (copisteria), Via XXV Aprile, 34 – 28921 Verbania (VB) – telephone number: +390323402019, website: http://www.latecnicaverbania.it/. It can be reached by bus or ferry), but we have no experience with it, try at own risk…
