The deadline to register to the Conference has been extended to the 15th of May.
The current schedule is the following:
- Deadline for registration and application for travel grants – 15th of May
- Outcome of travel grant applications – 1st of June
- Deadline for registration of applicants to travel grants (irrespective of the outcome) – 15th of June
- Deadline for abstract submission (or correction) – 15th of June
- Notification of acceptance and decision or presentation form (oral/poster) – mid/late July
- Deadline for full cancellation refund – 30th of June
- Deadline for partial cancellation refund – 31st of July
- Conference starts – 10th of September
